It’s been a really long time since i’ve posted. Well it’s been about just as long since i’ve exercised. Today that changes. I finally have a routine. I started a new 10k program and I bought a really awesome App to help. Today was the first day and needless to say i’ve never sweated that much in my life. My legs are very tired, but I also did some beginner’s yoga to stretch out which I also want to incorporate into my daily routine. I will try to keep up & log my workouts from now on.
